A radical new office design has suffered a 'minor setback' according to insiders.

"We knew somthing was wrong, but not matter what pictures we put on the wall, it just didn't feel right." The insider said.

Although the missing floors and ceilings had been pointed out by the tea lady early on in the design process, the 'functional requirement' for a 'truly open office design' won the day.
